Demos
The links below will open a demo workplace that gives an overview about functions and features of CaptainCasa Enterprise Client.
Please note:
There are three versions of starting the demo workplace: (1) Demo Workplace - Web Start "default" - this will start the demo workplace with a minimal set of client libraries (appr. 1.5 MB). Extended libraries are not loaded that are required for special components: native code integration (browser, ActiveX), internal PDF renderer, interactive charts etc. (2) Demo Workplace - Web Start "extended" - this will start the demo workplace together with all client libraries. All components are available. (3) Demo Workplace - Applet - this will start the demo workplace as applet so that it is directly embedded into the browser.
NEW: Example: Smart Phone - This demo shows how smart HTML components that are part of the CaptainCasa component library are used in screens for smart phones. Please use the following link http://www.CaptainCasaDemo.com/ccdemos/faces/workplacepda/outest.jsp in oder to start the demo from you iPhone or Android device.
Example: POS (Point of Sales) Client - Web Start - This demo shows a touch screen based POS system.
Example: Industry / Touch Client - Web Start - This demo shows an industry terminal application that is operated by touch screen input.
NEW: Utility: Central Property File Maintenance - This utility is very useful for maintaining Java property files centrally. You can translate literals into languages with a high level of comfort. Existing property files can be uploaded - and the resuling property files can be downloaded, of course. Btw.: this application is provided by CaptainCasa longterm, you can use it without any restricitions - but we do not take any responsibility for backing up the data you maintain! In case you find this utilty usefule and you want to install on servers on your side: please contact us.
Example: Personal Information Manager - Web Start - In this demo application you can maintain your schedule and you can organize your daily work by writing cards which you keep in certain categories. Either logon with user "test", password "test" - or create a user on your own! BTW: you can receive the code of the application - it is a nice example of using CaptainCasa on top of Hibernate and SQL. |
